One of this weeks tasks was troubleshooting a non working electric step. واحدة من هذه المهام اسابيع لاستكشاف الاخطاء واصلاحها غير العاملة خطوة الكهرباءيه. When the appointment was first made, I thought “No Problem”, as Kwikee steps are pretty easy to troubleshoot and repair. عند التعيين لأول مرة ، كنت اعتقد "لا مشكلة" ، كما هي جميلة kwikee خطوات سهلة لاستكشاف الاخطاء واصلاحها والاصلاح.

But… when the coach arrived, I discovered that the step is a B & L electric step- no longer in business. ولكن… عندما وصلت الحافله ، اكتشفت ان الخطوة هي الف باء & ل الكهرباءيه - لم يعد خطوة في مجال الاعمال.

My parts software has a breakdown with part numbers (and names), but all parts are listed as “NLA” (no longer available), and there is no wiring diagram for the step. بلدي اجزاء البرمجيات مع انهيار جزء الارقام (واسماء) ، ولكن جميع اجزاء تندرج في "جيش التحرير الوطني" (لم تعد متوفره) ، وليس هناك أي ربط الرسم البياني للخطوة. I also searched my old paper manuals (I have some repair manuals dating back to the 70’s), but no luck. واود ايضا بتفتيش كتيبات بلادي القديمة ورقة (الاصلاح ولدى بعض الادله التي يعود تاريخها الى 70 's) ، ولكن لم الحظ.

The reason the wiring diagram is so important is that this step works unlike any others I have seen, and the wiring is very much un-intuitive. ان السبب في ذلك هو الرسم البياني الاسلاك المهم ان تعمل هذه الخطوة على خلاف اي اشخاص اخرين ولقد رأيت ، والاسلاك الى حد كبير للامم المتحدة غير بديهيه. The motor is attached to an arm which moves the step in and out, the arm rotates through 360 °, and does not reverse. المحرك ومرفق ذراع الخطوة التي تتحرك داخل وخارج ، الذراع بالتناوب خلال 360 ° ، وليس العكس. On the other end of the arm is a cam, which has two microswitches riding on it which control the “extended” and “retracted” stopping points- these switched are connected by four wires to the door switch. على الطرف الآخر من هو الذراع كام ، الذي microswitches ركوب اثنين على انها التي تتحكم في "مدد" و "تراجع" التوقف عن هذه نقطة تحول - ترتبط اربعة اسلاك التحول الى الباب. I wanted to have the diagram figured out before posting this, but that hasn’t happened, but once I have it, I will put it here, for anyone else with a similar problem. اردت ان الرسم البياني قد ظهرت قبل نشر هذه ، ولكن ذلك لم يحدث ، ولكن مرة واحدة لي ، سأطرح هنا ، لصالح اي شخص آخر مع مشكلة مماثلة.
